Jesse Greif - OneChronos

Jesse Greif is the Chief Operating Officer of OneChronos, based in New York.

Before joining OneChronos, Jesse was Head of Product for Goldman Sachs Principal Liquidity Solutions, providing traders & asset managers electronic tools to access Goldman’s internal capital through algorithm & routing offerings for intraday and benchmark liquidity.

Before Principal Liquidity Solutions, Jesse was global COO of Goldman’s Equities Systematic Market Making business.

Jesse holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Psychology from Northeastern University. He also holds FINRA Series 24, 57, 63, and 7 licenses.

Jatin Suryawanshi - Jefferies Managing Director & Head of Global Quantitative Strategy

Jatin Suryawanshi is the Head of Global Quantitative Strategy at Jefferies. He has been with Jefferies in this capacity since 2009 and is responsible for the Global Algorithmic Trading product. During this time, Jatin has been at the forefront of market structure developments and has leveraged his expertise to build dynamic institutional trading algorithms for Jefferies’ clients. He has also published multiple white papers reflecting his research on the topic. His prior experience in the field of Electronic Trading includes being the Head Strategist of the Goldman Sachs Algorithmic Trading (GSAT) team of which he was a member of from the year 2000 to 2006 and also the Head of Algorithmic Trading, North Americas at UBS from 2006 to 2009. Jatin has also held the position of FX trader at BNP Paribas for a period of five years from 1994 to 1999. Jatin holds an M.B.A. (Finance) from the Indian Institute of Management and an M.S. (Financial Markets and Trading) from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Krissy Lawler - XTX

Krissy works in Distribution and Liquidity Management at XTX Markets. Prior to her time at XTX, she co-headed the New York Analytics team at Virtu Financial. This was after having spent just over a year with the team as an analyst focused on evaluating market impact and transaction costs within the US equity space.

Joe Urban - Clear Street

Managing Director, Electronic Trading

Joe Urban is Managing Director of Electronic Trading at Clear Street, an independent, non-bank prime broker building modern infrastructure for capital markets. Joe has more than 20 years of experience building innovative, technology- and client-centric trading businesses. Prior to joining Clear Street in 2021, Joe was Director of Algorithmic Execution Services at Critical Trading LLC, a Portfolio Manager at Scout Trading and Millennium Partners, and Vice President of Statistical Arbitrage at Citi.

Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bucknell University and a master’s in Computer Science and Machine Learning from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.holds FINRA series 3, 4, 7, 24, 55, and 63 securities licenses.
